Make a cardboard template as per the mud flap.

Turn or remove the wheel for more room. Line up the cardboard template with the mounting holes and make the marks.

Drill holes on the cardboard template to ensure they have perfectly matched the mounting holes before you drill holes on the mud flaps.

Attach the mud flaps to the car.
