RETURNS & REFUND
Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?
Items purchased on our website can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request ASAP. Any products must be intact and in their original packaging. If your item was not purchased via our website, you should contact the seller directly for returns. Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded for non-defective products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. *The return shipping cost of the product needs to be paid by the consumer.
If a customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request a return for a refund, customer should inform this request of return to auxito.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. Customers have one week to return the item after the date when the return request has been approved by auxito.com.
*NOTE: Auxito.com will NOT accept any returns that are not approved or if the customer does not return the item on time.
The following rules apply:
-Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
-Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
-Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
-All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by contacting us.
-There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
-Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
-If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees...

Who Pays For Shipping?
Shipping back to AUXITO is at the expense of the customer.
Shipping back the exchanged item is at the expense of the customer regardless of the value.
Shipping back denied warranty claims is at the expense of the customer.

How Long Do I have to Exchange or Return My Product From The Date of My Order?
We offer customers 30 days from their order date to make an exchange or return.
Returns between 30-40 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
How Long Will The Refund Process Take?
Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to process. Once approved, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.
