2006 Prius with HID lights. Instructions say to properly orient the LEDS the cord should go down. The high beam actuaters are located there, you have to flip and install with the cord going UP.
The body of the lamps is very sturdy and they provide a bright white light.
Their weakness is the connector. It is thin plastic protecting a metal foil conductor.
You must be very careful not to break this when connecting your wiring.

Lights made a big difference in road visibility, compared to the halogen upgrade bulbs that were being used. Easy install and no flickering. The 6000K White light is my preference since, in my opinion, they perform better in the rain. I will see how well they hold up to see if I will go up to the next level of lumens for this same bulb style in the 6000K white.
