Overview

One of the critical advantages of this Q16 series 9007 for upgrading the 1998-2011 Ford Ranger headlamp is that the optical module of the LED chip simulates the position of the original halogen lamp wick at 1:1 which keeps oncoming cars from being blinded by stray light scatter, this allows for a brighter light source to be leveraged without fear of poor light distribution. Both the high beam and the low beam have incredible width, 20000 LM/pair of light volume, and are incredibly smooth free of any dominant shadows or hotspots.

Decent

Nice and bright, installs easy. They do have some kind of weird beam patterns with “notches” but that may be due to the housing. Definitely requires housing adjustment to get the beam adjustment correct

Big difference in light output

So far the Auxito LED lamps for the headlights and driving lights are working well and make a big difference at night. The original headlamps were yellowish and simply did not work well. The Auxito lamps are white and brighter.
