Why do you need a customized version of the H7 LED bulbs?Many BMW, VW, and Mercedes Benz owners want to upgrade their dim halogen lights to LED bulbs. However, These vehicles need to use a special adapter to hold the H7 in place. This is because the H7 headlight bulbs on these models do not rotate and lock as it does on other cars. The usual LED H7 won't fit the current adapter for the halogen lamps. So a new adapter is needed to make the LED bulb fit in the H7 socket. You may spend a lot of time looking for the right adapter to fit the new LED bulb, and despite using a different adapter, it still does not hold the bulb well. An ill-fitting adapter will flex with the weight of an LED, so the bulb heat sink will droop, throwing off the beam pattern, and over time it might even bounce about. Not only does it not provide optimal lighting, but it can also seriously compromise driving safety. |

For a CTS-V 3, this was the best upgrade from a functional quality of life upgrade.
The LED retrofit fit perfectly on my Honda Fit 2013 and it was plug and play as advertised! Installation was simple. The most important feature I wanted was the module to bypass the "Daylight Error" which this did without issue. Light were brighter than the original halogen bulbs and being that it's a smaller car, the extra brightness helps others see my car better. 9.5/10 satisfaction!
Led bulbs fits jeep compass 1.5T e (mild hybrid) rear parking lights. You need to press it hard to holder, but length is ok, no additional resistor needed. Camera has finally enough light :-)
The lights look great and are very bright. I do suggest getting the Decoder because mine flickered right off the bat. Shipping was only 3 days.
