When you want to upgrade your car's turn signals from yellowed, dim halogen bulbs to brighter regular LED turn signal light bulbs, you may notice that they are blinking much faster than your previous light bulbs. And that low voltage LED turn signals will trip the onboard vehicle computer system (CANBUS) and cause error lights to pop up on your gauge cluster display. These 7440 LED bulbs (not 7443 bulbs) are used as turn signal lights ONLY. (They are single-function, and could not be used as day running light or parking light)
These LED bulbs are just replaced for 7440, T20, 7440NA, 7441, W21W, WY21W, and 992 Bulbs.

Had a Q16 die just outside warranty, so I opted for these. Impressed!
Highly recommend checking the vertical aim after installing. Mine were crazy high; the low beams were blinding everyone, and the high beams were shooting into space.
I linked the vid I used to set up the re-aim. So simple and effective, and the other drivers on the road will appreciate you.
Oh, and also check the orientation of the lights to make sure the cutoff is level. Both mine needed minor tweaking (rotation) to get a flat cutoff that I could then dial in as per the vid. ♥ that the bulb allows you to do that.
I replaced the halogen headlamps(low and high beam) with led’s and the clear incandescent marker lights with amber led’s. The result was remarkably better day and night visibility. I highly recommend this upgrade to everyone on two wheels.
