What is the difference between the 3157 and the 3157A and 3157NALL? Can I replace them with 3157 LED bulbs?

These bulbs have the same base design, so the 3157 LED bulb can replace the 3157 and 3157A, 3157NALL halogen bulbs. The 3157 is a white clear glass cover and the 3157A bulb has an amber coating on it that will flake off. With the 3157NALL, NA stands for Natural Amber, which means the glass is amber colored, not just the coating. The LL is long life which will last about twice as long.

Are 3156 and 3157 LED bulbs the same?

The 3156 is a single filament bulb while the 3157 is a dual filament bulb. You can easily use a 3157 bulb on a 3156 socket with full functionality of the 3156 bulb, but it is not recommended to use a 3156 model bulb on a 3157 socket.

Can I install the 3157 white LED light bulb at the brake tail light?

Probably can, but there are two things you need to check before you buy.
1. Check that the brake tail light bulb size on your vehicle is 3157, then these 3157 LED bulbs are compatible.
2. Keep in mind that normally, the brake tail lights are red. If your brake light assembly is in red, the 3157 white LED bulbs can be used for brake lights. If your brake light assembly is white, then you will need the 3157 LED bulbs in red for brake lights.

Why don't the white LEDs in the switchback light work in my vehicle?

It may be that the turn signals and parking lights/DRLs are not on the same bulb on this vehicle.
Please check your owner's manual, maybe you mistakenly think your front 3157 bulb socket can support the turn signal and parking/DRL functions at the same time. The dual function of our bulbs only works when your original bulbs support both the parking/city light function and the turn signal light function in one socket.
