FAQ

What are T10 bulbs used for in cars?

T10 LED light bulbs could be used in cars or trucks dome lights, map lights, parking lights, door courtesy lights, license plate lights, trunk cargo lights, side marker lights, etc. But it depends on whether the factory settings of your vehicle model in these applications are T10-size bulbs. If unsure, go through AUXITO filters to purchase LED bulbs for the application you want to replace. Alternatively, use your vehicle's user manual to find out what bulbs your vehicle currently uses. Your bulb size should be listed under the "Vehicle Maintenance" or "Replacement Bulbs" section. From there, you can search online for LEDs with the same bulb size.

Can the brightness of these T10 LED bulbs be adjusted?

Sorry, these T10 LED bulbs are only designed to work in place of original halogen bulbs and do not have dimming function. If you are looking for the brightest T10 LED bulb option, I recommend you choose the 24H series T10 LED bulbs, 240LM/pc. The second brightest is the T10 LED bulb of the 14E series, 200LM/pc.

Can a T10 LED bulb replace a 194 size halogen bulb?

Yes, the T10 style of LED light can replace a 194 size bulb. Not only that, our T10 LED bulbs are also compatible with 168, 2825, 168, 161, 175, 174, W5W, and other models of OEM bulbs But please note that as long as that application uses a stock 194 halogen bulb from the factory, the T10 LED bulb would be a direct drop in replacement. If that location came from the factory with LED, it would not be compatible.

What color T10 LED lights should I choose for my vehicle's side marker lights?

In 1968, federal regulators imposed the requirement for side-marker lights—amber-colored ones for the front and red ones for the rear. We recommend that you choose an amber T10 LED bulb to upgrade the front side marker light, and a red T10 LED bulb to upgrade the rear side marker light. If your front marker lights have a yellow housing then you might also consider buying white T10 LED bulbs, the same for the rear.
