AUXITO at Overland Expo PNW 2026: Real Rigs, Real Stories, Real Community

From live installations and product demos to reconnecting with existing customers, Overland Expo PNW 2026 reminded us why showing up in person still matters.
1. Inside AUXITO's Booth at Overland Expo PNW
From June 26–28, AUXITO joined thousands of overlanders, off-road enthusiasts, and outdoor adventurers at Overland Expo PNW in Redmond, Oregon.
At Booth A410, visitors stopped by to explore our latest lighting solutions, compare different LED upgrades, and chat with our team about finding the right setup for their vehicles. On display were our AUXITO X-Plore 1 Series off-road lights (3.5", 4.5", and 7"), Jump Starters, and a range of plug-and-play LED bulb upgrades designed for everyday drivers and weekend explorers alike.
Beyond the products, the best part of the weekend was the conversations. Every vehicle has a different story, and every owner has different needs. Events like Overland Expo give us the chance to see those stories up close.
2. Meeting an AUXITO Customer Already Running X-Plore 1
One of the highlights of the weekend came from someone we had never met before.
A Jeep owner spotted our booth while walking the show and immediately recognized the AUXITO name. He had already been using our X-Plore 1 off-road lights long before knowing we'd be exhibiting at Overland Expo PNW.
He stopped by specifically to introduce himself, share his experience with the lights, and show us his build. We also filmed a short video where he talked about why he chose AUXITO X-Plore 1 Series and how the lights have performed on his adventures.

Meeting customers who are already using AUXITO products in the real world is one of the most rewarding parts of attending events like this. A quick conversation at the booth told us more than a spec sheet ever could.
3. A Real On-Site LED Upgrade for a Ram ProMaster
Not every vehicle is a straightforward installation—and that's exactly why face-to-face events matter.
One of our neighboring exhibitors, Raleigh from Velite Cooling & Heating, stopped by looking to upgrade the headlights on his Ram ProMaster.
After taking a closer look at the vehicle, we found that the X5 Series is a higher-output option, but on this particular Ram ProMaster, the limited rear housing clearance left little room for its larger cooling structure. For this vehicle, the compact M6 Series profile was the better choice, whose OEM-style profile is designed for tighter housings while still delivering a significant performance upgrade.

After the installation, Raleigh shared his experience:
"Even with that super sensitive Stellantis electrical system, I was able to move him into an M6S and even without a CANBUS decoder it works great. No flicker, no error code. Thank you, AUXITO."
That's exactly why we enjoy attending events like Overland Expo. Real vehicles, real installations, and real conversations help people find the lighting solution that actually fits their build.
The installation highlighted something we often tell customers:
Sometimes the best lighting upgrade isn't simply the brightest option—it's the one designed for your specific vehicle.
💡 Why the M6S Series Worked
For many Stellantis vehicles—including the Ram ProMaster—electrical systems are known for being sensitive to aftermarket LED upgrades. Dashboard warnings, bulb-out errors, or flickering are common concerns. In this case, however, the M6S performed exactly as intended, delivering a smooth installation without requiring any additional decoder.
The M6S Series is built with the OEM housing profile and a built-in cooling fan, putting out roughly 6,000 lumens per bulb — a dramatic step up from the yellowed, dimming halogen it replaces, without the fitment or CANBUS issues some sensitive platforms run into with other bulb styles.

🔧Tips for Tight Headlight Housings
If your vehicle has limited space behind the headlight, keep these tips in mind:
● Check housing clearance before purchasing bulbs with larger cooling fans.
● OEM-profile LED bulbs are often a better choice for tight-fit applications.
● In real-world cases like Raleigh’s Ram ProMaster, the M6S Series performed smoothly without an additional CANBUS decoder—but results may vary by vehicle.
● If you're unsure about fitment, reach out to our team before ordering—we're happy to help.
What We Took Away from Overland Expo PNW
✅ Real-world feedback is invaluable. Meeting customers who already use AUXITO products gives us insights no lab test can provide.
✅ Every vehicle is different. The brightest bulb isn't always the right choice—proper fitment matters just as much as output.
✅ Hands-on support makes a difference. Face-to-face conversations often solve compatibility questions that are difficult to answer online.
✅ Community drives innovation. Every question, installation, and customer story helps us continue improving our products.
To everyone who stopped by Booth A410—thank you for being part of the weekend. We appreciate every conversation and look forward to seeing you at the next Overland Expo.
