Bought and installed these bulbs for about 2 weeks now. So far so good! The fan noise isn't loud with the engine running but is noticeable up close and when you turn the car off (The fan gradually slows and completely stops within a 1 min). I live in the Northeast and the weather is currently <30 degrees so not sure how hot they get or how quickly. I'm interested to see how they hold up when the temperature gets above 80-90 degrees. The lights aren't the brightest but are definitely an upgrade over the stock halogen on a 2019 Civic. B/c I'm not completely sold on the longevity of the bulb/cooling fan, I bought these (https://www. .com/gp/product/B07KSZVH3N/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=AW1WYJTNVLT8R&psc=1) to upgrade the fog lamps. The specs list these as 9,000 lumens Vs 16,000 but I find them to be just as bright as the H11 w/ the cooling fan (I installed each bulb side by side and seemed very very similar in all aspects) BUT I'm just going off personal opinion- no actual tests were performed- just visually the output looked the same. Maybe I'll have a different opinion after a few months or year etc but for now, if I was going to buy another sets, which I probably will, I would go with the fanless H11 design over the cooling fan, and save myself a few bucks. It took me awhile to decide which bulbs to go with so hopefully this review and pics help one way or another.1st pic- cooling fan lights2nd pic- fanless on passenger side, fan on driver side3rd pic- fan low beams, fanless as fogs
