No, although the 9005 and 9006 bulbs look very similar, there are some differences in the connector and bulb chuck.
As shown in the picture
9005/HB3 chuck: Top pin is more to the left.
9006/HB4 chuck: Top pin is more to the right.
9005/HB3 connector has two lines.
9006/HB4 connector has one line.
The 9006 LED bulb can be used as both a high beam and a low beam. It depends on the original headlight bulb type of your model. In order to be sure that you are ordering the right bulb size, be sure to follow our Vehicle Finder. You can also look at your car manual for the exact bulb size or check the model number of the original halogen bulb to be sure.
But if you have aftermarket headlight assemblies, using our Vehicle Finder will not display the right product since they are not the original headlights that came with the vehicle. You can confirm the bulb size by looking at the assembly user manual on the bulb inside the assembly.
No, the 9006 bulb has only one filament, so it is a single beam.
The brightest 9006 LED bulb sold on AUIXTO's official website is the Q16 series with 20000LM/pair.
No, you can’t. Despite looking very similar the 9005 and 9006 fog light bulbs use different connectors. Aside from the base the wiring harness wont fit. In comparison, the 9005 light bulb has an additional connector compared to the 9006 bulbs. In addition, the 9005 and 9006 fog lamps have different wattages, and replacing them may reach a higher wattage and burn your relays.

They work amazing on my fj cruiser, just make sure to follow the steps to install them correctly.
Plenty of flash modes and they’re eye-catching, but after a pressure wash I saw a little condensation in one bar. Pulled it, let it dry, resealed the edge with silicone—no issues since. For the price, still a win.
Running these on a utility trailer—plug into the 12V socket and the little controller lets you switch patterns on the fly. Bright from a long way out. Cable could be a foot longer, but it’s workable.
Mounted the bars to my roof rack with the magnets and they’re rock solid up to highway speeds. Amber pattern cuts through blowing snow and the memory function saves the last mode. Exactly what I needed for winter work.
Looks awesome at night and draws almost no power, but two modules peeled off during a 100°F weekend. Re-mounted with better tape and they’re fine now. Would love beefier adhesive from the start.
