At Auxito we make returns as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the industry. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Please contact us by email within 30 days after you have received your package if you would like to make a Return. Please include this information when emailing us: the order number, name, contact information and reason(s) of return. We will process your request ASAP.

If a customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request a return for a refund, customer should inform this request of return to auxito.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. Customers have one week to return the item after the date when the return request has been approved by auxito.com.

*NOTE: Auxito.com will NOT accept any returns that are not approved or if the customer does not return the item on time.

 

The following rules apply:

  • lProducts must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
  • lAny product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
  • lShipping Fees are non-refundable.
  • lAll returns must be made via our Return Procedure by filling out an RMA form in the MY ACCOUNT section.
  • lThere are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
  • lOrder cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
  • lIf the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving a final confirmation of your cancellation.

 

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, Google, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

 

Exceptions

We do not offer to pay for costs associated with the following scenarios:

  • Customs fees, import tax, or duty fees
  • Return shipping for refunds, warranty repair, exchange or replacement parts
  • Install or service labor fees relating to install, troubleshooting or repair by a shop or mechanic
  • --The ONLY thing we offer refunded money on is the product you've purchased from us if you return it to us for a refund within the guidelines established above.

How is the actual return process made if you have a30 day return gap?

     Auxito doesn’t take responsibility for return costs unless a return is required due to our mistake. In such a case, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

     

    Can I make a return request online?

       Fill a Return Inquiry on the website, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

         

        What, if I need only exchange?

           Unfortunately, we do not exchange the products, so please make sure you purchased the correct product. You can return the good for a refund and order the correct product you need.

             

            What, if a product, which I received, is damaged?

               We apologize for that. Please, provide us with pictures of the packaging you received with the order, included items, and packaging slip. Any missing or damaged parts must be reported within 20 days of delivery. Beyond that, we will not be responsible for such parts or any costs to deliver them.

              Auxito will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use an Auxito product.  LED conversion kits (or their replacement parts) operating on a vehicle with damaged headlight housing or Daytime Running Lights mode or Automatic Lights will void the warranty. Auxito will not be responsible for any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact.

               

              How long does it take to credit my account?
              The refund terms may vary, but usually, it takes up to 10 business days.


              If I haven’t received my refund after requesting?

              If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@auxito.com
              1. If the purchase was done with the help of the gift card, can I get my money back?
              2. Unfortunately, the orders which were paid with the help of the gift card cannot be refunded.
              3. Once the refund was issued, can I cancel it?
              4. It is impossible since the money is drawn from our account from the very moment we have issued the refund.
